How do we store your data?
We care about the security of your information and use appropriate safeguards to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and security of all information collected. RBS securely stores your data offsite on third-party servers through Microsoft Office 365 and CATS. This data is subject to CATS’ privacy policy and practices and Microsoft Office 365’s privacy policy and practices. RBS is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.
RBS will keep data indefinitely in support of our business operations. There may come a time where the organization is dissolved, wherein we will delete all data within responsible protocols and legal processes of that time.
If you request us to delete your data, we will review each of our systems to ensure full data deletion has been committed and do so within the directives of relevant systems.
How do we share your data?
Core to our goal of respecting your privacy RBS does not sell your data and will not share your information with other companies so they may sell or market to you. Given the nature of our business, we will share job applicant data with a client but only upon the permission of the job applicant.
